Can I book a mission for evenings, nights or weekends?
Yes. MS Oline operates 24/7 — overnight charters, weekend missions and multi-day assignments are all available. Only the booking desk follows weekday hours; the vessel does not.
When are booking calls answered?
Booking calls are taken weekdays 08:00–18:00 CET. Outside these hours, use email or the contact form and we will respond within 24 hours.
What should I do during off-hours?
Send an email to post@msoline.no with your mission profile, dates and required capabilities. For time-critical or urgent operational matters already in progress, call the on-duty number provided in your booking confirmation.
Do you handle emergency or short-notice assignments?
Yes — short-notice salvage, towing and technical support are part of our work. Email first if possible; confirmed clients receive a direct on-duty contact for live operations.
